This download section contains the transcriptome the marbled crayfish.

This transcriptome version 1.0 is also the published version of our Nature 
Ecology & Evolution publication:
https://www.nature.com/articles/s41559-018-0467-9

Sequence identifiers were changed from the original assembly output.
The unique transcript identifiers also contain a the closest homolgy
match annotated using the Uniprot database (UNIPROT_HOMOLOGY). If no
conclusive match was found the UNIPROT_HOMOLOGY was set to NONE.
